As part of our Customer Service Guarantee, we will always make an appointment using email, text or a call before we visit your property. Where possible we will give you an approximate time of when the technician will arrive. However, please understand timings are subject to change; weather and traffic are just 2 variables that sometimes impact our operations. If we have to postpone an appointment we will let you know as soon as possible, and all we ask is to make sure any access gates are left unlocked so we can press on if you are absent.
Your Lawn Technician will leave paperwork with you, explaining what we did and offering advice that may help your lawn; along with feedback on the condition of your lawn. If you are a ‘pay as you go’ customer we will leave a prepaid envelope for your convenience and we do ask you settle your bill within 7 days please.
At the foot of your paperwork, we ask you to mark how likely you would be to recommend our services to someone you know; customer referrals are a fantastic way for us to increase our customer base and anyone that does so will benefit with a discount from their next treatment!
